Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
